Citizen Self-Service Accessing the Payment Portal To access the payment portal, you will need to register for an account using your name and email address. - First-Time Users -Click Citizen Self Service in the left navigation menu. -On a mobile device, select Expand Menu, then click Citizen Self Service. -At the Sign in to Community Access Services screen, click Create an Account. -Enter the required information to create your account. -You will receive a verification email. Follow the instructions in the email to verify your account. If you do not receive the verification email: Check your spam or junk folder. Returning Users -Click Citizen Self Service in the left navigation menu. -On a mobile device, select Expand Menu, then click Citizen Self Service. -Enter the email address and password you used when creating your account. -If you do not remember your password, click Forgot Password and follow the instructions to reset it. Payments can be made via eCheck (No Fee), Visa Debit ($3.95 Flat Fee), or by major credit cards (scale based on purchase total, fee schedule). Searching for your Bill When searching for your real estate, personal property, or utility bill use only one of the search criteria (account number or address), when using your address, use only the street name. For example if you were looking for the real estate bill for 9 Dale Avenue, enter "9" for Number and "Dale" for Street Name. Do not include "Avenue" or "AV". Leave the owner name blank
